Where is FLA Coastal based?

FLA Coastal is a Florida-born and bred coastal lifestyle brand, founded in 2015 by two Florida natives. We're proud to represent the Sunshine State — from the Gulf Coast to the Atlantic, from the swamp to the shore. Our fulfillment centers are located across FL, CA, and NC.

What products does FLA Coastal carry?

We carry a full lineup of Florida lifestyle apparel and accessories including T-shirts, tanks, performance wear, hats (truckers, snap backs, flex fits), reversible bikinis, yoga leggings, vinyl decals, and more. Everything is designed with the Sunshine State in mind — sun, salt, swamp, we dig it all!

Do you ship outside of the US?

At this time we ship within the US only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — stay tuned and follow us @FlaCoastal for updates!

Do you ship to all US states?

Yes! We ship to all 50 US states. Free shipping on orders over $75.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard processing time is 5-7 business days. Please note that select products are printed to order, so we do not offer same-day shipping. Our daily cutoff to begin processing the same business day is 12:30 PM ET / 9:30 AM PT, Monday through Friday. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2-10 business days depending on your location and local postal service.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email us at cs.flacoastal@gmail.com and we'll look it up for you.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the received date. After 14 days, a store credit will be issued. To process a return or exchange, email cs.flacoastal@gmail.com and include your original packing slip and reason for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

*Please keep in mind our policies may differ from larger retailers due to the size of our company. But don't worry — if you're not 100% satisfied, we will make it right. #GoodVibes

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're so sorry if that happens! Email us at cs.flacoastal@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.

How do I care for my FLA Coastal apparel?

To keep your FLA Coastal gear looking fresh, we recommend machine washing cold with like colors and tumble drying on low. For printed items and performance wear, turn inside out before washing to preserve the design. Avoid bleach and high heat.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! FLA Coastal gift cards are a perfect gift for the Florida lover in your life. Check our store for available denominations.
